Spotify released two updates to Spotify for Artists that’ll give you even more insight into how your music is performing. First up is the new “country comparison” chart feature that allows you to compare a song’s daily streams in up to five countries at a time. Next, they added the option of setting custom date ranges to chart a song’s performance to the Spotify for Artists mobile app — just like you can on the web version. Lastly, Spotify made some improvements to their playlist pitching feature: Now, when you’re pitching, you can search for any genre or subgenre that best describes your music and choose up to three of them to categorize your track. Pitching while on the go has gotten simpler too, because now you can pitch your music to playlists right from the Spotify for Artists mobile app’s home screen. |
